600g of pork loin, cut into 4 slices
2 eggs, lightly beaten
150g Saitaku Panko
Salt and pepper
Flour
Oil for shallow frying
Cooking Instructions:
1. Season pork with salt and pepper
2. Dip pork lightly in flour and then in beaten eggs
3. Coat pork with panko and pat well
4. Heat oil in a deep pan and shallow fry pork till golden brown. Turn pork and cook other side
5. Drain pork on paper towels
6. Cut pork in 2cm slices
7. Serve with tonkatsu sauce, rice and vegetables

12 large prawns, peeled and deveined
2 eggs, lightly beaten
150g Saitaku Panko
Flour
Oil for deep-frying
Cooking Instructions:
1. Dip prawns lightly in flour and then in beaten eggs
2. Coat prawns with panko and pat well
3. Heat oil in a deep pan and deep-fry prawns till golden brown
4. Drain prawns on paper towels
5. Serve with your choice of dips (soy sauce, ponzu, tonkatsu sauce, sweet chilli sauce)
