Preparation and Usage
A blend with asafoetida, rice flour and turmeric. Use sparingly.
Top tips... Add sparingly to a pan of gently sizzling onions in a little oil or ghee and cook until golden brown to use as a rich base for curries. Also great in Indian-style chickpea dishes or lentil dhals.
