1. Mix 2 tsp of the seasoning with peanut butter and water for a creamy satay dipping sauce. 2. Mix the remaining seasoning with oil, add chicken and toss to coat. 3. Cook in an air fryer at 200°C or in a pre-heated oven at 220°C, 425°F, Gas Mark 7 for 10–12 min. Add crushed roasted peanuts for extra texture. For a tasty alternative, try pork strips. Serve with small pieces of toasted bread.
