Preparation and Usage

Just add:
1 tbs oil
450g skinless, boneless chicken breast, sliced
100ml water
200g tortilla chips
175g sweetcorn
3 tomatoes, chopped
125g cheese, grated

3 Easy Cooking Steps:
1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas mark 6.
2. Heat oil, add chicken, sprinkle over the seasoning and fry for 5 mins. Add water and cook for a further 2 mins, or until chicken is cooked through.
3. Spread half of the tortilla chips in an ovenproof dish, add half the chicken, sweetcorn, tomatoes and cheese. Repeat and bake for 15 mins.
Serve with soured cream, crushed avocado, lime wedges, sliced jalapenos and pickled red onions.

Las Iguanas Chef suggests... trying with 2 tins of drained black beans for a veggie option. Warm through in a pan with the seasoning, 150ml water and 1 tbs tomato purée.
