With our own vessels we catch mackerel in the winter season when the fish is at premium quality before hand-filleting and curing in our South Devon smokehouse. Slowly smoked, using traditional techniques and a combination of hard and soft woods, our smoked mackerel has a distinctive and natural flavour.
