Independently tested and certified by the UMF Association under the NZ Government Export standards, all Steens Honey is unpasteurised and minimally processed to ensure the honey delivered to you is just as nature intended. We don’t use fine filters, or heat our honey above the naturally occurring temperature of the hive, to ensure all active properties remain intact with the inclusion of naturally occurring bio-available bee-bread, pollen and honey. Follow the trace code on the label to see which region of New Zealand your honey has been harvested in. Every jar has been sourced fresh by our beekeepers, and packed in non BPA, recyclable jars at our facility in NZ. UMF 15+ Raw Manuka Honey contains 515 mg of methylglyoxal per kg which provides an ideal level for daily immunity support. We recommend taking by the spoonful each morning, or dissolving in warm water as part of your daily routine.

At Steens Honey, we believe in minimally processing our Manuka honey – the end result being unpasteurised  raw Manuka Honey with retained natural enzymes, high amino acids & Superfood 'Beebread'. Our honey is UMF® certified by UMFHA (UMF Honey Association) to ensure you get the highest quality, genuine Manuka honey.
