The chamomile flower is celebrated for its calming taste and is often drunk at bedtime. But sadly, most chamomile teas are made by crushing the flowers (ouch!). The best chamomile tea comes from brewing the whole flowers - which is exactly what we do. This ensures that none of their subtle, magical flavour is lost.
Good to know: - We only use big, quality, whole leaves. No dust. Big leaf = big flavour. Simple. - Natural, with no artificial flavourings. - We give back to the communities that bring us our tea.
Our tea temples: We use quality whole leaf only, not the dust found in regular tea bags; whole leaf is best. A tea worthy of worship belongs in our biodegradable "tea temple" - our spacious, transparent mesh bag allowing maximum room for perfect infusion.

Instructions
How we like it:
Hot. One tea temple per person, infused in boiling water for at least 3 minutes. Don't rush - just relax. Try it "au-naturel".
Ice. Just cover one tea temple with boiling water and infused for 3 minutes. Remove temple and top-up glass with iced water.
Sweeten with honey.

Preparation and Usage
How we like it: 1 temple per cup Boil water to 100°C Brew for 3-5 mins
There is no trouble so great or grave that cannot be much diminished by a nice cup of tea.
Serving Size: 1 tea temple in 250 ml of boiling water
