Monferrato, Piedmont - the rolling hills lead to the Apennine mountains and the sea. The cooling sea breezes are characteristic of the region acd create wines with depth, complexity and freshness.

Vinification Details
The grapes a gently crushed and the fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged for a minimum of 4 months on fine lees and bottled in late spring.
