These delicate grapes produce a medium-bodied wine with a subtle but definite minerality and plentiful apple and pear aromas.
Try it as an apéritif or with meaty fish dishes such as seared tuna steaks.

The grapes a gently crushed and the fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged for a minimum of 4 months on fine lees and bottled in late spring.
