An organic white wine, made in complete harmony with nature. This dry Pinot Grigio is light-bodied and crisp with aromas of blossom and citrus fruits. An ideal white wine as an aperitif or with light salads. The grapes for this delicately fruity white grow in the hillside vineyards around Trapani, Santa Ninfa and Alcamo in Sicily. The Pinot Grigio vineyards are managed completely organically, encouraging natural insect predators instead of chemical insecticides resulting in a haven of biodiversity.
