Our wine is made from organic grapes from vines which were planted 15-20 years ago in Puglia.

Vinification Details
Terra Organica wines are made from organic grapes, this means no weed killers, synthetic fertilisers or insecticides. After gentle pressing of the grapes alcoholic fermentation takes place under temperature control for up to 15 days. Partially dried grapes are added to the must during fermentation (the appassimento method).
