Hob - From Ambient. For 2 people, soak 100g of Thai Taste Folded Rice Noodles in 1 litre of boiling water for 10-12 minutes. When soft, drain and rinse in cold water.
Preparation and Usage
Cooking Instructions: Boil 1 litre of water and remove from the heat. For 2 people, soak 100g noodles in the boiled water for 5-10 mins (or until soft), then drain and rinse. If not serving immediately, rinse in cold water to stop them cooking further.
Serve hot or cold.

What You Need: 100g Thai Taste Folded Rice Noodles Half a Bottle of Thai Taste Pad Thai Sauce 1-2 Chicken Breasts (diced) or 200g Tofu (sliced) 1 Red Pepper (sliced) 4-5 Spring Onions (finely sliced) Handful of Bean Sprouts Glug of Vegetable Oil 1 Egg (whisked) Handful of Crushed Toasted Peanuts
How to Cook in Simple Steps: 1 Cook the noodles as per the instructions above. 2 Heat the oil in a pan or wok. Add the chicken or tofu & cook thoroughly. 3 Add the egg & scramble until cooked. 4 Stir in the sauce, noodles & vegetables and cook for 3 minutes. Sprinkle the crushed peanuts to serve.
