Instructions
Hob - From Ambient. Rinse the rice in cold water to remove excess starch. Add 200g of sticky rice and 400ml of water into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Cover and simmer gently for 12-15 minutes or until the water is absorbed.; Microwave - From Ambient. (Based on 850W) Rinse the rice in cold water to remove excess starch. Mix 200g of sticky rice and 350ml of water in a microwave safe bowl. Cover and cook on high for 12 minutes or until the water is absorbed.

Recipe: Thai Sticky Rice with Fresh Mango What you need: - 200g Thai Taste Sticky Rice - 200ml Thai Taste Coconut Milk - 3 tsp Thai Taste Palm Sugar - 2 Ripe Mangoes (peeled and sliced)
Cook in 3 Simple Steps: 1 Mix together the coconut milk and palm sugar. Stir until the sugar has dissolved. 2 Add the coconut milk mixture to your hot cooked rice (see cooking instructions). Stir together and leave with a lid on for 10 minutes. 3 Place your rice into a small bowl and mould to shape. Press lightly and turn onto a plate. Serve with ripe mango slices.
