Sir Ian Botham OBE has spent over 40 years both playing in and commentating on International cricket. During his career he travelled the world and spent time nurturing one of his other passions; wine and the art of making it. To create his own range, Sir Ian worked alongside some of the most renowned winemakers in his favourite regions and created a range of wines in his own style. These are wines he would have on his own table and he firmly believes they represent exceptional value and flavour.

This Chardonnay has been created by blending parcels sourced from across the South Eastern region of Australia with a percentage of the final blend sourced from the prestigious region of Margaret River in Western Australia.

The grapes for this wine are fermented in stainless steel tanks and then the Margaret River grapes are matured in 1 and 2 year old oak barrels for 10 months.
