Ambient. Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 weeks. 

Drizzle generously over freshly grilled chicken, lamb, or steak. Use as a dip for chips, spread in wraps, or swirl through salads and bowls for a creamy lift. Ready to use, straight from the jar — mix before use as the product may naturally split as no emulsifiers are used.
