Hob - From Ambient. This is a great method to cook our rice.
Put 60g of rice per person into a pan of boiling water.
Simmer for 10-12 minutes on a medium heat, drain, cover and let stand for 3 minutes and serve.

Perfect for a fragrant Thai green curry. Add your chopped aubergine, peppers, broccoli, spring onion to a pan and fry with a dash of oil. Add in Thai green curry paste, coconut milk, lime leaves and meat or seafood of your choice and a garnish with coriander. Or replace the meat with tofu for a delicious vegetarian option.
