Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. Do not exceed the Use By date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on or before Use By date. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and consume on day of defrosting. Do not refreeze.
Preparation and Usage
Ultimate Beef Burger
Remove from packaging 10 minutes before cooking.
Fry or Grill - From chilled
Fry Preheat frying pan pver medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of oil to pan. Fry for 22-24 minutes turning occasionally during cooking.
Grill Preheat grill to medium. Place burgers under grill and cook for 16-18 minutes, turning occasionally during cooking.
Ensure burgers are piping hot, cooked throughout, juices run clear and no pink colour remains before serving.
