Allow one bag per person to infuse for two to three minutes in freshly boiled water. If you prefer a sweeter taste, add a little honey.

Preparation and Usage
Infuse one teabag in 200ml of freshly boiled water for 3 minutes, or longer for stronger, then remove. For a refreshing change, add ice or allow to cool, and refrigerate for later.
