Instructions

Barbecue - From Chilled. For a more authentic flavour remove packaging and place chorizo on a hot barbecue for 10-15 minutes.; Cooking Instructions - General. Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Do not reheat once cooled.; Grill - From Chilled. Moderate heat: 8-10 minutes.
Before cooking: Preheat grill. Remove all packaging and place chorizo on grill pan.
During cooking: Turn occasionally until browned.
After cooking: Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
