Microwave - From Ambient. 1 Pierce film several times 2 Microwave on full power Cat E-800W for 2 minutes. 3 Peel back film, fluff in the tray & check the product is hot before serving. Microwave ovens vary, adjust time accordingly. Alternatively stir-fry for 2 minutes in a little vegetable oil. Do not reheat.
