- Tenderstem broccoli 100g
- Cooked noodles or rice 200g
- Coriander 10g
- Prepare veg and protein
- Cook noodles or rice as per pack instructions
- Cook your protein in a wok
- Add veg when protein is cooked and cook for 2-3mins
- Add the sauce and cooked noodles or rice, mix well and cook until sauce is hot
- Add stir fry to a bowl, garnish with coriander + enjoy
