Italian Classics for Everyone. Ciao! We are two friends: Matteo (proper Italian) and Nick (looks a bit Italian) and we love Italian food. We met whilst working at the white rabbit pub in Oxford, where we cooked authentic Italian pizzas for the locals. Determined that nobody should be left out, Teo created gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan versions of his recipes, so that everyone could share in the joy of real Italian food, whatever their dietary needs. We're still on the same mission…. But now we want the whole nation to join us. Italian classics for everyone!

Oven cook - From Frozen. 12-16 mins, 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas mark 8 1. Preheat oven & remove film. 2. Place on baking tray and cook for 12-16 minutes.
