Our family has been making Cheddar in Somerset since the mid 1800s, and we still use our Grandmother Ivy Clothier's very own recipe. Today, we are the best-selling Farmhouse Cheddar producer in the UK. We steadfastly maintain her standards by producing and selecting only the finest flavours, which is why we continue to win more prizes than any other cheesemaker. We hope you enjoy it!
